How effective is this compared to Klova?

The difference between our Melatonin and GABA Patch and Klova's is the ingredients.  They have a smaller dose of more ingredients in their patch.  Our Patch contains just Melatonin (5mg) for Sleep and GABA (4mg) to calm your mind and reduce anxiety and stress (their Patch has 3mg of Melatonin and 1mg of GABA plus other things).  Please remember that a patch goes straight into your blood stream unlike a capsule of pill that does battle with you digestive juices that can destroy up to 90% of some ingredients which is why our Patches work so well for so many people. Gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a naturally occurring amino acid that works as a neurotransmitter in your brain.  GABA is considered a neurotransmitter inhibitor because it decreases activity in your nervous system which has a calming and relaxing effect on your brain.  So our Patches contain Melatonin to help you get to sleep and GABA to quieten your mind and help you to relax - and because you wear our patches for up to 12 hours, you get a slow release of Melatonin and GABA all night.

what is the physical patch made of - acrylic?

Our patches are latex free and hypoallergenic - they are similar to a standard plaster.  Even though our patches are hypoallergenic if you have any issues using a band-aide or similar a patch is not for you.
