Great tires, but bad installation service
These Bridgestone tires are quieter and smoother. The price was great, and I also got a rebate from Bridgestone. I’m very happy with the tires. However, my experience with PepBoys installation service wasn’t so great. First, the store manager called me a week before my scheduled installation date and said my tires were missing. I told him that I got a delivery confirmation email from FedEx. He put me on hold for over 5 minutes and said he found my tires. Phew. Then I went to the store for the installation, and staff told me that it would take about 2 hours, so I went back home. They called me 2 hours later and said they couldn’t do it today because they didn’t have a technician. WHAT?? I scheduled the date and the store confirmed it. It’s ridiculous! So I reluctantly agreed to leave my car there overnight.Next day, I didn’t hear from them and it was already afternoon. I didn’t want to leave my car one more night so I called the store. It seemed like they started my tire installation AFTER I called them. I was able to pick up my car the late afternoon.I think PepBoys is very disorganized, at least the store I went to. This whole experience wasn’t good at all. I used Amazon/PepBoys service because these runs flat tires weren’t available at Costco at that time. Next time, I will wait until my tires are available at Costco.

excellent repalcement for original tires
Great replacement for the original tires. Price is lower and the tires are available unlike to the original brand (supply chain delay for several months). Put 2 new Bridgestolnes on the front and the 2 originals tires on the rear.

Great tire, great price!
I ordered these for my 2013 Cooper S. The stock tires finally wore out after 57k miles and the dealer was trying to rip me off with their prices. I received them about a week after I ordered them and took them to my shop to install them. Coopers run rough due to being a low car but these tires definitely help reduce the bumps of the road.

These tires are excellent run flats for a very fair and competitive price.
Tires are an outstanding purchase, great for all seasons and a very long tread life estimated at 60,000 miles.

Regarding Run Flat tires
Tires arrived fast and work great on my 2015 Mini Cooper S, which must run No Flats since the car doesn't come with a spare. I like the new bridgestone tires and the car rides better. Just know that run flats are a stiff sidewall tire, so your car is probably not going to ride like a Cadillac. Also, not every tire shop has the right tools to install run flat tires, since the sidewalls are very stiff on them (apparently hard to mount). When I bought these tires, I had the option to have them shipped to a nearby PEP Boys. However, I opted to have them shipped to my house. Good thing I did this because the PEP Boys on the list did not have the machine to install the run flats. So bottom line, make sure the shop you are shipping your tires to (straight from Amazon) has the equipment to install your run flat tires. I suggest calling the shop first before you ship tires there.

Now 2 Tires Continuously Leak
I have 2 of the 4 tires that now leak out 10psi in 2 days requiring them to be refilled. Have taken it to 3 stores, paid money, and they don't know where the leak is. Previous tires did not leak. Thinking that this type of item should be continued to be purchased from in store locations.Bad Deal on My Part.
