Browns nice and absolutely does not stick with ir without an oil spray.

I bake custom cakes part time and I needed 3 different sizes for a 3 tiered cake so I purchased these because I really like the copper finish to match my other pans and trays.I have baked dozens of cake back to back with these in a single day and they held up great without warping or changing colors. I bake various types of cakes so some stick and some don’t. Even if they stick it is very easy to clean with just water. I use parchment paper for those that stick to make the sidewalls taller when the cake rises.These pans have held up very well compared to another pan I had purchased. You can see in the picture of other pan that the color had fade after a couple of uses. The bottom of the pan had warped so I have uneven cakes. But this 3 Piece set has not warped yet which is great.I actually like them so much I purchased a 3rd set. The one downside was I was reading the description the first time I purchased these, it said they were 3inches tall but is actually 2.5inches. I use parchment paper to raise the sides sine I cannot find copper pans that are 3inches tall and as priced as good as these.Update 5/11/2023 - I have been using these much more heavily now. I am upgrading to 5 stars because of its durability and quality.

Cleans up easily & cooks evenly. I have only used it once so far. Biggest problems with spring pans has been rusting. I will update after several uses.

I purchased this to make a birthday cake and I only had one 9”. It worked as well as the Calphalon pan I own, which cost a lot more and I love the color of this one. I’d recommend it to anyone that needs a 9” cheesecake or springform pan

This pan saved my hiney.. I forgot to grease the sides and the bottom. With all and every pan I have ever used, I have always had to grease the sides and bottom for this particular recipe that I use. This time I completely forgot and cursed myself very loudly afterward. At that point I just figured this was going to be the test of a lifetime for a pan. Holy moly this will not be my last product from this company!! When it was time to release, it slipped out as if it were butter. I will say that it is most definitely not leak-proof. I did a milk-and-water test and it just dripped right out like it was a faucet (hense the 4 stars). Thankfully, my homemade crust is at the bottom so it did not leak. I will also add, if you put a piece of parchment on the bottom before locking the sides in...it does create a descent cushion to help prevent the leaking. I know we all want the perfect pan, the perfect price, yada yada yada, but for what you are getting with this pan...it's worth putting the piece of parchment paper at the bottom. But that's just me. I completely forgot to take pictures and videos, sorry. Next time I make this recipe I will remember to take pictures and video so that I can come back and post.

I had to replace my previous Springform pan due to a piece of the other had been misplaced. I was skeptical with this brand initially, but thought I would give it a try. Aleesha made a good choice partnering with this manufacturer.

I was skeptical that any pan would be completely non-stick without using some kind of oil. But, I just made a batch of fat free blueberry muffins and they did NOT stick at all!! I did not spray the pan, or in any way do anything to it to ensure no sticking. And the muffins popped right out! I was so pleasantly surprised that I was compelled to write this review!!

As a person who loves to bake, I need baking pans that are easy to use and clean. THESE PANS ARE FABULOUS!. I've made multi-tierd cakes as well singles and they all came out beautifully! I have used these pans more than ten times and they have not warped, stripped, chipped, or changed color whatsoever. I love the weight of the pans, as they cut down on baking time (P.S. which also means you may need to reduce your oven temperature by 5-degrees to ensure your cakes/pies/cookies bake evenly). I plan on getting a few more of Ayesha Curry Nonstick Bakeware.
