Is it normal to get blisters on your arch after a run?

Hi...I would suggest wearing the insoles every day for around two weeks before running in them. It takes a time to get used to them. I was told by my physio to wear them around the house and walking before running.

I overpronate, would this help?

I bought these for the same reason, they do make a difference yes, not quite as good as the ones made by my podiatrist but then they were made to measure and cost x5 more, I use these in my slippers. Have yet to try them in shoes as I'm hardly going out! When I dont use them my hip aches again so I know they are helping.

If you're in between sizes (with wide fit) - uk8/eu42.5 which size to order?

dear customer, size Large is suggested for uk8 wide feet.

yes, the length of arch is 3cm, it provide a good support for arch.
