entire transaction was fine
ordering, shipping, tracking and arrival were all fine. the product boxes were protected and clean (I mention this because my previous shipment of this product contained several boxes that were sticky and dirty).

Received wrong product and was damaged
I received the papaya flavor instead of the fruit medley. The box was damage and already before I open the cardboard box it came it, there was a wet stain. Once opened, all the boxes was sticky. 2 of the cartons was busted. It seemed that the sprout piece was coming apart from the carton. So all the other cartons were sticky from the leaking of the busted ones. Since I was thinking of ordering a replacement for the actual product I was going to buy (fruit medley), I tried to open one that is sealed properly and try it. Nopee!!! It was disgusting. It was very liquidity as oppose to what I envision actual papaya juice looks like. It also tasted sour, either it was bad or it was from lots of unripe papaya. It definitely was all garbage.
