I really don't ever take the time to do a product review and I couldn't wait to write this... I have been looking at this stuff for a long time and when a friend at work recommended it I finally took the plunge and ordered it.As soon as I got the non-slip tape in the mail I swear my brain started racing and I put it on everything! 5 pieces go a long way especially when you can easily cut them to size.I use a pop socket on my phone so I cut the tape in strips and put it around the edges of the back of my phone. I also put an entire sheet on the dash of my car so my phone don't slip while I'm driving. I put an entire sheet on my bed side table for night time. There is nothing worse than fishing down the side of my bed for my phone when the alarm is going off at 6am! I cant believe I lived without this stuff for so long! Genius!In my home office I put it in the keyboard tray because there is nothing worse than typing fast (as I often do) and the keyboard pushing to the back of the tray. I also put it on the bottom of my laptop because how I hold it on my lap it always slides. Slide No MORE!Can you tell I'm totally in love with this stuff?I also used it for my kids video game controllers and sports equipment. Being able to grip a practice bat has worked wonders for my son.We even put it in our hot tub because there were a few slippery spots when people got in and out. We made sure that the surface was clean and dry before applying this grip tape and it worked like a charm. Now I don't have to worry about my older relatives and kids falling trying to get in and out.I have a few higher heeled shoes that I rarely ever wore because they have no tread. Putting the non-slip tape on the bottom towards the front worked really well. I feel so much more comfortable wearing them now!Last but not least, I really like that this tape is clear because it is hardly noticible wherever you put it. It has really made a difference in many areas. Every day I'm thinking about more ways to use it.I 100% WILL BE REORDERING THIS PRODUCT!!!

The feel of this tape is great. Not overly tacky, and not gummy feeling like gel can be. However, the adhesive is not terribly strong, which means it does not stick well on curved surfaces. I am using it to allow better hand feel of an ergonomic computer mouse, and curved areas keep lifting. Using dots and ovals might help each piece stick better. If you use it as a surface traction pad for a dash or other pretty flat surface, I am confident it will work great.

I used one piece to wrap around my cell phone. Within a week or so the, grip layer came away from the tape layer in places which felt like flaps of skin. Yuck.

The adhesion on curved surfaces are terrible. Put it on my phone and stuck on the flat back ok but putting it on the sides just caused it to slowly pull loose. I actually cleaned the phone with rubbing alcohol before applying to phone with no luck. Fantastic rubbery feeling grip though. No random sandpaper feeling. If they fix the glue it will be no doubt my go to grip tape for electronics!

This product is great! I got a new case from Shutterfly with my daughter’s photo printed on it, and it was so slippery. I cut two strips of the Red Cat and placed them on the sides of the case. The pads have a little thickness to it to provide some padding, but not too thick to make your phone bulky. The silicone already gives it grip but the textured surface adds on to that even more. There adhesion is strong, so far. I was concerned that the ends might start curling up since three strips I cut are thin (~1in wide). But it has been a week and it’s holding up pretty good. The bonus is that it’s a clear pad so you can hardly tell they are there!

Excellent thickness, thicker than other name brand plus you get 5 sheets instead of only 1. This stuff sticks to my phone great and it won’t slide on the glass table top – at all!. I can cut the sheets to the exact size I need before removing the protective sheet to get a perfect custom fit for my phone. I like the dimples better than the thinner random pattern. Good stuff, I would buy again.

I cut small pieces to put on my phone case for z flip 4. While it does work well to increase grip, it adds thickness to the case and make the case looks ridiculous ugly.Additionally, the adhesive only works well for a large flat surface, won't work for curved surfaces or a small flat surface.This is definitely not designed for cell phones and keep in mind it is not aesthetically pleasing.After 2 days of use, the smaller strips on my phone case came off. The look is just hideous for a cell phone.I also feel the product is way overpriced. It's essentially a roughly 1 mm thick flexible vinyl with a thin double sided tape. It looks like 99 cts is more reasonable for the quality, but I understand what we are paying is shipping, not the product.Overall, I feel it's a waste of money for my purpose.
