This has absolutely saved my football loving son. He was so sore he could barely move after practices. I got this and convinced him to take a soak and now he can't live without it. His recovery time post work out has been cut in half. It has been a lifesaver!!

For aching muscles. Can really tell a difference from regular ones. Will always have these on hand so glad I found out about these.

This bath soak has been a game changer for my two sons. They both play sports and often complain of leg soreness. This bath soak relieved their discomfort and helps them sleep.

After not being able to work out in a gym for a majority of the pandemic, my gym is finally open again and I'm able to train legs again like normal, twice each week-- fantastic! However, jumping back into it after taking that much time off means my legs have been incredibly sore to the point that I wasn't able to train as frequently as I'd like. Hence the desire to try this product. I originally bought Dr. Teals unscented epsom salt but didn't really notice a difference in recovery time so I started looking around for something else, which is how I stumbled upon this product. I was hesitant at first because it seemed a bit pricey, but it had great reviews so I thought I'd try it out. As of last night, I finished the bag so I thought I'd finally write my review and the consensus is... I LOVE THIS STUFF. The smell is phenomenal and is perfect to help me relax before bed, and I surprisingly noticed a remarkable difference in my muscle soreness over Dr. Teals. I kind of figured all epsom salts were the same but I guess not. All-in-all, I would say this is 100% worth the price PLUS I received a hand-written note from them thanking me for supporting their small business. That was just the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. I will definitely be buying this brand from now on:)

This stuff is magic. I have hard to manage chronic muscle & joint pain and this stuff-it really works! Its far more powerful than Epsom salt. The crystals are course & much bigger, but still dissolved well in a hot bath. Ive tried lavender and peppermint at this point. The mint actually makes your skin tingle, but in a good way. My husband said it smelled like fresh mouthwash...If you were congested that peppermint would open you up...The smell is a little strong in both cases, but the relief you will feel makes the smell a non-issue. I can't say it enough. Its magic. You do have to use a good amount- I felt a decrease in relief when I was at the end of my first bag. Its worth the cost if your unsure. Ive ordered 3 bags now as I never want to not have it on hand for a bad day. For a healthier person, they would probably feel brand new after using this. I highly recommend... So glad I found this stuff.
