I use this to hang a hay bag in a horse stall. I have bought two of these so far. The first one lasted for ~8 months before the small pin holding the snap to the clip broke. The second I have had since June (it's now December) and it's holding up well with an aggressive hay eater. The clip is heavy-duty, handles abuse well, and is strong enough to stay closed with a curious horse and not cause injury

I just received the Prime Garden hanging Hammock chair and absolutely love it. I also ordered the swivel hook snap and large spring to make installation much easier--I already had a nylon rope hung from a large tree branch. This hammock chair/swing is so comfortable and easy to fall asleep in! It looks to be made with quality materials for outdoor use but I plan to bring inside each night as it unattaches easily. Great buy, and free shipping over $50.

I ordered this to go with a hammock chair, but due to space constraints I wasn't going to be able to use it. I emailed about a return and instead they gave me a refund for the full amount and told me to keep it! I feel guilty about keeping it after they've refunded what I paid for it, but wow! That's some excellent customer service! And their responses were so quick, within 8 hours each. I'm pleased as punch with this seller. The hook seems really solid too, heavier than expected. It seems like it would stand up to a lot, and the swivel mechanism is smooth too. All around, I'm 110% happy with my experience. Couldn't recommend it more!
