Package came in on time, this was secured inside a plastic bag and thankfully did not leak. Read all the instructions before use & do plan on avoiding the bathroom for at least a couple hours after using this spray. Our bathroom shower has for the longest time (several years) had black mold growing in the tile grout and no matter how much we've cleaned, scrubbed, scraped at the grout the mold will not come off. It has been a losing battle to the point of giving up and letting the unsightly mold win. No, our bathroom mold isn't terrible to the point that it's EVERYWHERE and you can't tell what color the tiles are anymore- it is bad enough that if you take a bath (have long enough to sit and do nothing more than stare at the walls) you can see it and become annoyed about it being there (baths can't be relaxing when you're annoyed about the mold growing around the faucet, along the tub and in the grout). I kept the bottle inside the plastic bag- cut a hole so the sprayer part is on the outside of the bag & won't leak into the bag itself. Wore gloves. Turned on the bathroom exhaust fan. Opened windows. Sprayed the tiles and tub. Waited 10 minutes before going back into the bathroom. This stuff is super strong, so the bleach concentration of this spray must be a lot higher than the Clorox you buy at the store. It burned my eyes just standing outside the closed bathroom door and I cannot stand the smell of bleach (but I figure if it works, then why not try it). Rinse. We have a handheld shower head connected to our shower and I used a cold water rinse- some of the mold washed off. Aggravated that only some of the mold washed off when the bottle specifically said "No scrubbing required", I figured that a little scrubbing was in order. An old toothbrush sure does come in handy for jobs like this one. I scrubbed with an old toothbrush, especially over the faucet, knobs and in the grout- more mold started to dissolve. After just one application & letting that sit 10 minutes, followed by a good rinsing and then scrubbing with a toothbrush I am happy to say that the mold is somewhat gone. I think after 2 more applications the mold will be completely gone and this is a problem we've been fighting for several years now, so of course just one application alone shouldn't do the job. I'm determined to take relaxing baths again without being annoyed by mold growing in the grout, so yes, I am going to keep applying and scrubbing until the mold is gone- to say the least this product will work if I have to use the entire bottle trying to get the shower mold gone.

I sprayed a tiny amount on some siding and the mildew just vanished - so I decided to make a little video doing the center of the section below. At the end you can see how the part I did 5 min previously kept on getting better. The following day they were just about perfect. Now a couple months later and their still clean! I had a major mold problem in my car from water draining in down my sunroof vent and pooling up through the floor. The car was parked for ~3 months of summer heat in the south and bloomed into a fungal factory. I scrubbed and tried a bunch of leather / vinyl safe cleaners, but nothing worked. I finally bleached everything, which worked well enough for about a week, but it all kept on coming back. I used this stuff ONE TIME and months later not even a hint of mildew to be seen or smelled. It did leave some marks on my headrests where I left it on too long, but it took care of stains that had been there over a year that plain bleach and other car cleaners left behind. This was the least expensive cleaner I used, but the only one that actually worked. Adding in that it worked with 0 effort on my part and this deserves a few extra stars!
