High quality and affordable, save my friend's deposit
My friend was about to move out when the landlord found the faucet broken and refused to return the deposit unless it was fixed. We initially thought a digital temperature-display faucet would be expensive, but to our surprise, it was much more affordable than expected—definitely a small cost compared to losing the entire deposit! The faucet feels premium—solid and well-made, with a nice weight to it. Installation was a breeze: just shut off the water, unscrew the old faucet, and screw this one in place. The plug has waterproofing, which is a smart touch to prevent any electrical risks. My friend says the temperature display is responsive, and the water flow is smooth. Best of all, the landlord inspected it and couldn’t find any issues, finally agreeing to refund the full deposit. We’re all thrilled with how things turned out—this faucet saved the day!

Good quality water tap
I like it as it helps me to solve the problem. In my house, there is no hot water. In winter, I need to use boiler to make some hot water. After I bought it, I find that I can use hot water anytime. It can make hot water very quick. You should buy it and it is very worthy to buy.

Initial impressions good
Appears well made. Each buyer will buy for their own reason, mine is to have instant hot on one kitchen tap at any time. We heat our hot water via daily solar and on occasions we may need to top it up with gas. This causes us hot water issues, therefore this seemed a good option for those days.Easy to install on my system which I've fitted isolation valves. It requires a 1/2inch double ended flexible hose pipe to attatch cold water feed. That's why isolation value becomes important. Then noting the unit can draw higher than 3000 Watts, I've installed a breaker Fused socket and a 13a feed socket to ensure the fuse breaks if needed. But I may rewire into a 30A cooker socket and ensure one is used not both. This gives peace of mine but after each use I wall isolated the supply easily by flicking a switch. This adds extra safety. Now the obvious negatives. This is a DIY fit, it's a wire a plug fit also. If you can't do that don't buy.The hot water feed is eliminated fitting this tap, but there is a way around this with a plan. So when, like us you've stored hot water, you can tap into it without needing it to be heated by this tap. So at the moment and for most ppl with no utility room, this will be the only source of water, be it cold or hot if required. It's a thought to consider if you wish to reduce your consumption bill. The cold is as normal l, the hot has got upto 50degrees, but flow is slower to allow heating of water. So to sum up. Good, but a compromise for some, adequate hot flow, no change to cold flow, need a flexible hose to connect. Need to monitor it under draw and ensure you've a fuse spur for safety.I will submit an edit before January the end return date. The pros. Hot water, no waiting for immersion heater. No storage of heated water, so save on. Energy. If I'm honest, boiling a kettle for dishes may have been the real option. It would save on The 80 quid spent on the project at 6p a boil!Updated review 21st Dec. Balencing up outlay cost, and its use, a kettle would be the sensible option. I decided to plumb into the hot water feed, ensuring that Im able to use solar stored hot. Its much better and does not affect the flow when cold. I use utility to fill kettle so no issues there

Broken after four months
We got this tap at the end of Jan 2024 and installed it in our laundry in the start of Feb 2024.Initially it worked well. It's had minimal use with hot water as we use it mostly for cold. It has recently developed a leak from the body of the tap. We can't find any contact details but would like to talk to the company about this if they see this review. We are disappointed.

Easy to use
The 220V Electric Instant Heater is a great addition to any home, providing both hot and cold water instantly. Its stainless steel design gives it a sleek and modern look, making it perfect for kitchens or bathrooms. One of the best features is the LED digital display, which shows the water temperature in real time. This makes it easy to adjust and ensures you get the perfect temperature every time. The instant heating function is very convenient, especially when you need hot water quickly. No need to wait for a traditional water heater to warm up!Another great thing is that it comes with a British plug, making it easy to install without extra adapters. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, thanks to the stainless steel construction. However, like any instant water heater, it’s important to ensure good water pressure for the best performance. If your water pressure is too low, the heating may not be as effective.Overall, this is a practical, efficient, and stylish solution for those who need instant hot water without installing a full water heating system. It’s especially useful for small apartments, offices, or even outdoor sinks. Highly recommended!

Best instant electric hot water tap
I've bought this model several times now (for different rooms) and I'm really happy with it. It can be a bit fiddly to tweak to the desired temperature when you first get used to it but it works really well. The temperature gauge is accurate - note it can get really hot which is great when I use it to wash dishes but I wear rubber gloves to protect my hands. The flow rate changes as you adjust temperature but even at a low flow rate (for hotter water) it's still adequate for kitchen sink tasks. Washing up dishes takes no time and I use far less water now too. No tank means it takes up less space and the hot water really is instant. It is a bit on the large size which is fine for kitchens. Still looking to find a smaller version suitable for a bathroom which is smaller. I've tried 4 alternative "instant hot taps" but none stood up to the finish, reliable temperature range or usability as this tap.I recommend this product and I would buy again.
