Good for beginners who want low-impact strengthening exercises
This was my first time using elastic band. I work night shift and thought it would be a great way to exercise during my breaks or downtime. It’s easy to use and I love that it’s so compact and I can bring it along anywhere. The exercise is low impact but I feel like my tone is improving, especially in my arms.

Good for PT exercises
Three different weights of pull - I bought it for shoulder PT exercises and the over door addition really helps. The PT was amused by the different colors as they aren't coded the same way as the PT has (red, blue, green). Pink is the lightest one, blue the stiffest one.
