Cadbury Creamy White Chocolate Bar, Smooth & Creamy White Chocolate, 180 g (Pack of 1)

When I was a kid in the sixties I use to love Caramac ( in a black packet with gold foil) it was quite a small bar but a little a bit too sweet to the point of being sickly so a small bar was probably enough. I’m in my seventies now and this Christmas a friend bought me a Caramilk bar, I’d never heard of it before. It was delicious! I ate it all in one sitting. I had to have more, after Christmas I looked it up on Amazon and bought five bars, after two weeks I have one left. To summarise, Caramilk is like Caramac but not so sickly. Recommended

Cadbury caramilk golden caramel chocolate. A medium size bar of chocolate. A sturdy chocolate bar and snaps easily in your fingers. The taste is fantastic. Very good value for money.

Classic Caramac flavor. Definitely a favorite that I'll be ordering more of. Good melt and quality is satisfactory of typical Cadburys. Good share size, but it's all for me since my family aren't a huge fan. I'm not complaining. Decent value for money.

Line/Flavour (sort of between caramac and white chocolate) introduced only a few years ago, but already a winner. 90g is an odd weight though - why not 100g? Hope these Caramilks will be available in 200g, 300g and/or 360g some day soon!

When I saw these out new, I was expected a fantastic bar of chocolate swirling with caramel. Usually new Cadbury chocolate bars are very tasty. I was incredibly disappointed with the height of this bar, I imagined it'd be the same thickness as Dairymilk bars & other similar bars, as you can see in the photo, it's very thin. I like to break a piece off & put it on the roof of my mouth & leave it to melt. This new bar is so flat, it starts to melt as soon as you touch it. It's meant to break off into small squares, I attempted to break a piece off for my son to try in case he didn't like the bar I'd bought for him, when I tried snapping it along the scored line, it didn't even try to break along the line, it snapped another square in half. As for the flavour, I expected an explosion of the taste of caramel & chocolate in my mouth & for it to be long lasting. I also thought there'd be a layer/swirl of caramel within the bar but there wasn't. It's an okay taste but I wouldn't class it as caramel or chocolate. It leans towards a white chocolate flavour but I don't like white chocolate. Looking at the weight & ingredients, no wonder I'm not impressed. It says White Chocolate with 5% caramelised milk powder. The majority of the ingredients is either milk or milk powder. The expiry date isn't great either, it expires on 04/09/22. All in all I doubt it's going to be a hit or be a long lasting bar on the shelves of shops.

Yummy! Literally now my favourite chocolate! Will forever buy this!

There is nothing unique about the taste. It is just solid milk powder with exactly the taste.
