I have a very sensitive lady part and I wanted something that would be good for cleansing that area and would not give me any reactions and so far this is my favorite new cleanser is extremely gentle and unscented and I definitely feel clean when I use it

I bought this to use as hand soap for my son who gets eczema irritation from all other soaps. It's been gentle on his hands, allowing them to heal. It leaves his hands moisturized, and without irritation. It suds up nicely and rinses off easily. I highly recommend it for anyone who has dry, cracked hands.

Google Ai recommended this for me as a fragrance free, dye free, surfactant free cleanser because I have lupus and am highly photosensitive. It claimed that dyes and fragrances can exacerbate sun sensitivity and surfactants can disrupt a compromised skin barrier. I mainly use it for hands and feet. It can be used on body as well but I have another product that I prefer. I haven’t noticed any lessening of sun sensitivity but the skin on my hands is less dry and painful than when I was using my long term go to, Softsoap Aloe. (I can’t tolerate many hand soaps like Dial for even 1 wash.) I also don’t tolerate Ivory or Dove soap or body washes but have tolerated this well for 2 months.

I also started using La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Hand Cream, which provides instant relief and helps moisturize dry hands. This combination is really helping my skin heal. If you suffer from sensitive skin, eczema, or cracked hands, I highly recommend trying this duo. Finally, I’m experiencing relief!, so far, is a great step in the right direction; they feel better after a few days. I actually deep dived Gemini and came up with the combo. You won't be disappointed.

Recently diagnosed with Eczema, I've been on a non-stop mission to find 'all things non-irrating' to replace all my personal and household products which aggravate my eczema. This said it's suitable for "hands, face and body", and is free of a whole bunch of common irritants and is fragrance-free so I gave it a try. I bought one for my bathroom sink and one for the kitchen sink, and will probably add it to my shower too if I can't find a suitable body wash. It makes my hands feel nice and clean: not stripped but not moisturized from extra crap, just CLEAN. I almost forgot what plain ol' clean feels like because most hand soaps have added garbage that moisturize, exfoliate, etc. This does nothing fancy, it just gives you an honest, simple clean. I washed my face with it and I always have to moisturize immediately afterward because my skin is very dry, but just for the sake of testing this product, I didn't moisturize right away. My skin didn't have that tight and itchy feeling, which was refreshing indeed. I do still need to moisturize my face, but my test showed that it's at least not harsh in any way. It has a nice lather, semi-low lathering but still enough to satisfy the senses and feels silky in the hands. My only complaint is the price. These are small bottles. There is a larger refill bottle but I still feel it's a bit on the pricey side in my opinion. I will continue to buy it, but like I said above, if I can find a less expensive eczema-friendly product for body wash I will, and reserve this for face and hands. On the plus side, a little goes a long way, I only need a very small amount for hand washing, not a full pump - maybe not even half a pump, so that helps take the some of the sting out of the price. Overall I'm very happy with this so far and I think my poor, irritated skin will thank me.

The best hand soap out there for sensitive dry skin. I live in a very arid, dry climate & have mature skin. Regular hand soap has perfume in it and it dries out my skin. It makes more sense to have a hand soap that doesn’t deposit perfume on your skin to cause irritation, protects by not stripping your skin barrier rather than depositing other “moisturizing” irritants on the skin. Vanicream does just that. Makes such a huge difference that it’s worth the price. I have used it as body wash in the past as well.

I've tried several Vanicream washes, and this one is by far my favorite. I've used it as a hand wash in my kitchen, as well as a face and body wash in the shower, and it's great for all those purposes. My city has very hard water, and this stuff lathers and rinses well even with that. It's also very good at removing the high SPF sunscreen and heavy moisturizer I wear because I live in a desert climate. I highly recommend this cleanser!

We use this as hand soap for our boy with sensitive skin. He has no issues with it and we used to pour into small travel size bottles for him to bring to school with - used to he doesn’t use soap anymore :(

Gentle, lathers a lot, you don’t need much and cleanses extremely well without making skin too dry. I have combination skin. I use this face wash, followed by alum on my nose and chin where I get acne and my skin feels comfortably clean, that is squeaky clean but not dry at all.

So far pretty good and I much prefer it compared to my previous options. I find that I need to use less product to wash my whole face, whereas I would need like several pumps from other products just to have enough to wash my face. I can't say yet for value of money because I haven't seen how long one bottle will last me but generally it's pretty good. My face feels much cleaner. It doesn't feel dry either. But I did use it in conjunction with their moisturizer product.
