Live or Dead
Very small, easy to swallow capsules. Each capsule is said to contain 5 billion CFU's ( colony forming units ). On the rear of the sachet, which is not shown in the advert, it mentions that the L.Reuteri DSM 17648 is inactivated. I am not sure if this means inactivated as in dormant ie. dried state OR if it means dead.

Very good probiotic
I’ve been taking these for about a month now and found them to really help with IBS type flare ups. This strain of probiotic are hard to find but very useful for those with autoimmune conditions so I am pleased to have found this brand. Not at all cheap but would buy again as the quality is very good
