Audi a4, Better than OEM!
Used it for my 2013 audi a4. The OEM one had a blow out right by the gasket, shame that theyโre all plastic. I compared this one versus the OEM model and I canโt believe that theyโre even come in plastic! The fault would have never happened if the construction was made like this one. It came with all of the correct parts and fit perfectly into the spot of the old one. Mind you I only did this last night but as far as fit and finish, it is improved to the OEM. No seeping, leaks, or weird noises. Functions well! Iโll be coming back and updating this if it fails

Fits and works perfectly even after 20K miles so far
The water pump had failed on the Audi Q5 and I ordered this aftermarket part to replace the OE after 120000 miles. This water pump fit perfectly, installed easily and there have been zero issues after 20,000 miles so far. No leakage at all. The water pump also seems to be more durable than the plastic OE that came with the Audi. Great value compared to OE.

Don't use the belt
I haven't had any issues with the water pump except I lost my first one due to the belt disintegrating. It appeared as though the belt wasn't heat resistant enough and got cooked. After the belt failed (about 500 miles) everything overheated and smoked all the seals in the water pump. Ordered another kit and used an overpriced OEM belt (could tell the quality difference instantly, but the belt is almost as much as this whole kit) and haven't had any issues since (5k miles). Don't use the belt, get an OEM one due to the amount of work to replace it and the potential catastrophic engine damage.

thermostat bad from start. then, 11 months later, need to replace. leaking at cooler joint.
Looks awesome. but, sadly the housing is the only good part. Thermostat bad from start and threw a code on first drive. But after you spend the enormous time installing, we didn't redo. Drove with it for 11 months. Noticed coolant level was dropping about 9-10 months into it. really hard to see where, but found it. The o-rings on the oil cooler joint leak. so...I get disappointed twice. bad thermostat from day one, and leak starting about 10 months into the job. How is it possible the manufacturer had no idea? I am seeing a lot of comments on these saying thermostat bad out of he box. Welp. so I get to spend a weekend taking the entire intake off, likely needing to replace fuel rail gaskets just cuz of a crappy part.
