Very Disappointing as different model was sent to what was advertised.
This is misrepresentation! I ordered Model BR1949, upon opening the box it revealed a Phillips laser machine with Model number BR1947 and the manual also stated BR1947. Also the plug was only a two pin amd didn't state that in the description. I would rather pay more and buy it elsewhere.

Not suitable for the UK market as it has a 2-pin plug. Disappointing.
