Aztec Vanilla is delicious and goes well with any stir ins. The protein powder mixes well, tastes great, has no gritty taste and has clean ingredients. Carnivore Complete, also by Paleo Pro is just as good depending on nutritional needs. Both make a quick nutritional smoothie. It’s the only protein powders I buy. I purchased this protein powder as a 2 pack thinking they were larger bags but they are both 15 servings each not 2 - 30 serving size bags as the description reads.

Great stuff, half scoop is 13 grams egg, and beef protein. I double subscribe order, one full scoop once a day 26 grams. I get Aztec vanilla great taste and value for the money. Prefer this over whey protein no gas issues. Mix with anything into yogurt easy to use.

Ive seen some negative reviews of this product and im not sure why. It tastes amazing and no stomach issues.

I am extraordinarily picky when it comes to protein powder because if I do not love the taste I will not consume it. I have been eating paleo for nearly a year now but had yet to find a truly paleo protein powder besides my bone protein powder.... bone broth protein and/or collagen protein is not a complete protein so I did my research. I had quite a few yucky encounters with other products that I threw out before my encounter with paleo pro, a reasonably priced complete paleo protein powder. In my personal opinion, the flavor was very good. However, the monk fruit sweetener is noticeable— it gives off almost an artificial flavor, but only slightly, and i myself still found it quite enjoyable. The texture is a bit weird— sticky-like, but I have found ways to enjoy it. I normally make a raw protein brownie batter (I add raw cacao, mesquite powder, lucma, tocos, and coconut milk) that I like to eat in a mug before bed. I am still discovering other protein treats to create with this product (a frozen raspberry vanilla bean treat in the works). In particular, I love the wholesome ingredients and excellent nutritional profile while still maintaining a great taste. Confidently pleased thus far 😊😊

I am simply in love with this stuff. Whether you are following a paleo or keto diet, have sensitivities to whey, or simply want a clean, high quality protein - this is the solution you’ve been looking for. First of all, taste. I’ve been using Aztec Vanilla for a while now and I absolutely love it. When I get home from the gym in the morning, I blend 12 ounces of organic almond milk with one scoop of this protein, a spoonful of peanut butter, a whole banana, and a handful of ice, and it’s really delicious and quite filling. Secondly, your gut will thank you. No whey and all beef based ingredients means it digests easily. No bubble guts, no stomach ache, no bloating. I have a bad sensitivity to lactose and whey, and I can promise you that I’ve had no issues with this stuff. Clean ingredients means a clean conscience! Get after it!

I wanted to love it, I even subscribed. Since whey and dairy give me sinus issues I needed an alternative. So I tried this. I ate it, I’ll finish it but I just can’t breathe while eating it. It tastes like I imagine a wet dog would taste. I mixed it up with blueberries, raisins and a lil bit of coconut milk. I got the Aztec vanilla flavor but I’ve had stuff like this before, it’s the underlying ingredient that’s responsible for the taste and smell, no amount of added flavor will cover it

Is it good for you? I'm Sure it is (based on ingredients and pro reviews). Tastes great? Um... No. There's an odd taste that is not masked by the organ meat in this. The Vanilla is even worse. I guess for a quick fix lf protien... Ok. But for staple. Not for me.

I would strongly recommend folks jumping onto the Paleo bandwagon to stock up on Paleo Protein Pro, Aztec Vanilla. Paleo Pro is a great product supplement for eating clean. I just finished a six week strict Paleo diet challenge, encouraged by Crossfit coaches after seeing my gains with macro-nutrients in muscle mass and lowering body fat and weight. When I started the strict Paleo challenge, I couldn't get enough protein in, initially. Additionally, eating strictly was a challenge when traveling or for long days in the office. This product saved my bacon during the six weeks, figuratively and literally. It was, and is, my go-to supplement during the day for a healthy protein snack or after a workout. The product tastes good and blends well. The Aztec Vanilla aroma hits you when you open the bag. With 12-16 ounces of water, it goes down well. To be fair, all protein powders are not the same as eating real food. However, if you add a banana the product is super smooth and tastes great, finishing with that taste of vanilla without being overpowered with a chemical finish. Add berries and some ice to kick it up a notch. The powder blended well in water bottles with simple shaking and in a blender with other items. There was no chunky or grainy residue, or clumping when blending, from my experiences. The price to value ratio is solid. At around $40 a bag for 15 servings of 26g of protein each, that's about $2.60 a drink - reasonable when you consider alternatives that are not Paleo, are similarly priced but contain ingredients you might want to avoid.
