Will this whip work with 6m SSB?

It's almost exactly 1/2 wave on 6m. I use a small tuner with it and it works fine on 6m. I haven't tried it without a tuner.

Is the tip threaded? If so what is the thread size?

Yes, the tip cap inside is threaded, and size is M16*1. The bottom thread size is standard 3/8-24.

can this fit a baofeng two way radio bf-888s?

This antenna is 9ft tall. It will not fit on a BF888s.

It works directly without any tuning?

Its made for hf radio with a tuner. It is a bit longer than a CB whip but seems to work ok. You could trim it with a bit of skill but it needs a groundplane first and its portable.
