Old Battery won’t wake up!
Speedy delivery of a new replacement battery which works out of the box! Buying new is much less risky than getting a “refurbished” or used unit off eBay.

Battery failed but was replaced promptly
One of the two batteries that I bought failed approximately 10 months after purchase. Unlike some other people’s experience, the service I received from Karcher was exemplary. I completed their online form, was contacted by 9.00 am on the next working day and received a replacement battery at no charge and with no quibbles two days later.

Lasted less than two years
This was already a replacement battery for a karcher strimmer as the original stopped working after just over a year. Less than two years later this batter is also not functional. The battery management system is designed to make changing out parts inside the battery pack impossible so that karcher can extort customers into buying whole new batteries rather than repairing them. Very poor value for the cost.

There is a manufacturing defect here
This is the second replacement and all faulty. Opaque viewer - can’t see the % charge and one of them I think is leaking!
