I’m 5 ft and 140. Carry my weight in my thighs and bottom. What size should I get?

Medium. A large might be too big, its better to have them a bit snug and not fall down.

I’m a medium in the butterluxe, would i be a l in these cause of the compression? or stick to medium

I am not familiar with the brand butterluxe however, I wear a Medium in Fabletics and I wear a Medium in CRZ Yoga as well.
