I wear a half size (e.g., 9.5). Should I size up or down?

You should size down. Silicone naturally relaxes after a few days of wear. If you are a 9.5, a size 9 will initially feel snug but will relax for comfort.

Will my silicone ring stretch out over time?

While designed to maintain their shape, heavy daily use over time can cause slight stretching. If it becomes too loose to wear safely, it’s covered.

Are Groove Life rings safe for electricians?

Yes! Our rings are made of non-conductive, medical-grade silicone. Making them a popular, safe alternative to metal bands for electrical engineers and lineworkers to prevent arc flash.

Can these rings prevent "degloving" injuries?

Absolutely. Our rings feature engineered breaking points. The Original breaks at ~32 lbs of pressure The Thin at ~15 lbs

Are these rings good for the gym?

They are perfect for not only the gym but all physical activities and adventures!
