If yours looks like this one, buy it. I needed a new one because the 20-year-old one got little holes in it. I tried to buy one at the big-box home improvement stores, but nobody had this one. They carry a couple of one-size-fits-all hoses that all seemed cheaply made, and that looked like I would have needed to do surgery on to get them to fit properly. This one is exactly like the original and worked as I expected. I saw reviews where some people had gotten ones that already had small holes in them. I appreciated their reviews and I made sure to observe the hose during the first couple of laundry loads and it was fine. (If I had found a hole, I would have returned it for a replacement.)

This drain hose has a sturdy rubber gooseneck for the drain, a flexible plastic general body and a rubber connector to be hooked to either the washing machine itself or to be used as an extension connecting to an existing drain hose. Quality is average to good. No kinks or any damage. The connector is narrow and requires patience to connect to any connection wider than 1 inch. Overall, good universal product.

The drain hose fits my washer, was delivered quickly and in good condition. The price was reasonable. A satisfactory purchase. Can't speak to the durability of it yet since it was just installed. The only thing weird is the bend in the end of hose that fits into the drain pipe. The angle of the bend is not as sharp as the old hose so it sticks out farther. I had to tape it to the drain pipe to keep it from popping off when the washer drained.

This is not an OEM Kenmore/Whirlpool part despite what the description said when I bought it. It's just another cheaply made chinese part that won't last. How hard is it to make a plastic and rubber part that can survive more that a few months in a protected environment? The factory hose lasted 30 yrs.....yes 30! It was stiff and looked ancient but at least it took 30+ yrs before it finally started cracking.

This fit perfectly as a replacement of the original hose. We thought the original hose had simply degraded over years of service. But nope! The second one after 2 weeks had the same appearance. We have a greywater line for washer discharge. And come to find out, the little ground squirrels have recently discovered that that pipe is a direct route into the house where the air conditioning is. Much preferable to hot AZ summer heat. They climb the pipe and chew through the soft rubber gooseneck of this hose. It would be better for us if it maybe didn't taste so ok.

Il semble que le tuyau que j'ai reçu n'est pas conforme à celui reproduit sur la photo. Sur la photo, il y a un bec en forme de u et le tuyau que j'ai reçu cette pièce est maquante. Pouvez-vous me faire parvenir un nouveau tuyau ou du moins la pièce manquante s'il est conforme à celui représenté sur la photo et je vais vous retourner celui que j'ai reçu car je l'ai posé sur ma laveuse mais il n'est pas très bien adapté .
