Works great. Not as bright as people were yapping about. My room has no overhead light so I hung these up zigzagged across my ceiling. And while it is pretty and all that, it's not enough to completely light a dark room. There is an ominous humming noise from it though, not certain how i feel about that.

This looks like a nice set of outdoor lights. Appreciate the solid construction and that it came on a spool, which should make installation simpler since it's less likely to tangle.BUT these lights are OFF until you turn them on by pressing a button on the remote or at the plug. This means they will not work with smart plugs to automatically turn them on/off. Even when the smart plug turns on, the string will be OFF. Be aware.

I use this item with a smart amazon plug, and here is the problem. Every time I ask Alexa to turn it on, I had to use a remote to actually turn it on, as it seems that these lights are turning off automatically. Remote control is good, just not what I expected. I prefer it to be controlled with Alexa.

i did not think these were as advertised and wrote a review. not good. they offered to take them back. but later discovered that they were as advertised. after looking closer. i love them. i put them in a curio cabinet and they look great.

These lights are so easy to use. And look se cute under my lace curtains. I'm ordering more.

Easy to break... and if one breaks, you cannot repair.I used these in my classroom and one of the tiny braided pieces snapped. I bought a soldering tool to repair, but even if you reconnect the metal pieces... the lights don't come back on.
