Very sharp grater/zester!
Another quality product from OXO This zester/grater is perfect for lemon zest as well as extremely finely grated Parmesean cheese perfect for recipes. I've been using it regularly for a year or so and its still as sharp as new and the slide on blade protector is grate for keeping the blade from getting scratched up when not in use.

Great zester/grater and having a cover is a bonus
Nice zester/grater. Works as I expect an OXO product would work...great. Having a protective cover to use when you place it in a drawer is a nice plus. I recommend.

Wish I had purchased years ago. For too long I used a box grater to zest citrus fruit, but this is a game changer. Sharp and easy to use. Makes quick work of zesting lemons and limes and it is easy to clean.
