Can I apply this on a shirt

The product is not made out of fabric dye as it’s purpose is to be used on the skin.

do the words go on right? it looks like joker would be backwards

They are just like regular temporary tattoos, they went on perfectly and looked great.

are they easy to wash off?

They are really good quality tattoos, unfortunately that made them a little harder to come off. I used coconut oil to break them down a bit and I was able to get them off within the same night.
