These were really nice flat irons, but they stopped working on the 2nd use and halfway through my hair. I don't flat iron my hair much, I usually wash and go, but I occasionally flat iron it to clip my ends. I paid over 100 dollars for these, so I'm pissed that they will not heat up anymore.

I really like that this hair straightener heats up very well and is extremely lightweight, which makes it comfortable to use. However, I noticed that when you close the plates, they don’t grip the hair, feels like is not straightening and If I take a larger section of hair, it doesn’t straighten it as well. To get the plates to apply enough pressure, I have to hold the straightener with both hands, which is not very practical or convenient because the surface gets very hot. Overall, I think this straightener would work better for people with thick or coarse hair. For my hair (really thin and lots of baby hairs), I would prefer a straightener that provides better grip and pressure with just one hand.

The size was perfect, but it has no grip. It kept slipping from my daughter's hand. Once you close it around your hair it does not grasp the hair, it just slips through. Was disappointing because she had the bigger barrel for almost 3 years and she loved it. We returned it and waiting for refund.

The flat iron wasn’t in the package at first, which caused concern. The shipping company later admitted the error and made sure I received it. The product itself is good, but the delivery experience could have been better.
