Love this duvet cover! I live in Arizona and it’s nice to be able to still have the weight of a duvet, but it doesn’t trap in extra heat (very breathable). You can easily layer a fuzzy blanket underneath for the colder months. One thing I didn’t realize was that you still will have to purchase the duvet insert, this does NOT come with one. Overall worth it, I wish they would have more colors in stock!!!

UPDATE 1/2025: I still have this duvet and it’s used every day. Still looks great, almost brand new! (I accidentally washed it in hot water a few times. Be sure to follow the washing directions to maintain it.) It’s, amazingly, gotten even softer over the years. I’ve since purchased 2 more of these sets in white and light blue. They’re as wonderful as this original purchase. House guests consistently ask me to send them the duvet information so they can buy their own for home. Can’t recommend it enough. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Wow. The lengthy search for the perfect duvet cover is finally over. I haven’t written a product review in years but had to share for others out there. My husband is a notoriously restless sleeper because he gets hot. He tosses, kicks, and rolls all night. I’ve tried numerous other duvet covers in a myriad of fabrics and none kept him comfortable and cool all night. Even using the duvet without a cover didn’t breath enough for him. I researched fabrics for weeks until deciding to try bamboo. I didn’t want to spend a fortune especially since nothing had worked out so far. All our bedding is white, however, the cal king white cover was sold out and I was desperate to try this bamboo cover, so I ordered the navy blue. It’s true to color and cal king size. It’s gorgeous! Nice sheen and super soft to the touch. I washed it before trying it. Here’s where the rubber meets the road - so many previous duvets looked good, washed well, and felt nice to the touch. But how would it feel all night? Would it pass the husband test? YES! Even my husband is impressed. He frequently travels for work and now texts me how much he misses the duvet cover from home. He’s completely stopped his restless behavior of rolling, tossing/turning, and kicking in his sleep. And that’s not an exaggeration. It’s taken over 6 years to find the perfect duvet cover and this is it. The duvet cover keeps us both comfortable. It’s so breathable and silky. Seriously, stop your search and order this duvet! For the price and performance you won’t find better. As soon as the white cal king is back in stock, I’ll buy that and use the blue one in my guest room.

I have been using these sheets and pillowcases for several weeks now, and in general, I love them. That said, you should be aware of a couple of things before purchasing. The pros: I love how smooth and silky these sheets feel, as well as their weight and soft texture. They definitely feel luxurious, high-quality, and comfortable while sleeping. I feel like they were well worth the price on that level. The cons: One of the first things I noticed was how easily the pillowcases absorbed grease from my face, darkening their color where my face most often touched the pillow case (I usually wash my pillowcases at least once a week, and the pictures I have included were taken directly after one such washing). I do have a slight tendency towards greasy skin, but I have never noticed it show up on my pillowcases like this before. It is very noticeable, and does not come out in the wash unless you Oxyclean the entire thing (As in, get Oxyclean on the entirety of the fabric, as opposed to spot treating it). Both the sheets and the pillowcases also wrinkle extremely easily, which can make the bed look a bit messy, even if it’s neatly made. That said, none of these were a dealbreaker for me. Just something to be aware of.

I ordered these bamboo sheets back then from a promotion not knowing about bamboo and thinking it was silly. But I was extremely surprised and told co-workers about bamboo sheets because of it. Thought it was funny that the brand Hotel Sheets really lives up to the name "Hotel" type quality. I then got another color set because I lived it that much. Cooling sheets, soft and smooth to the skin like silk but has enough resistance unlike santeen or silk that you slide off. They have made me switch to being in shorts just to be engulfed in the feeling. They feel luxurious and elevates quality of living, not to sound ridiculously over the top, but bamboo bedding is really all that. Getting back to the point, I've tried another brand for a duvet cover because Hotel sheets didn't have a particular color available at the time. Then purchased another duvet cover from a third brand with more confidence in brands that use bamboo, and the product came with a chemical smell and rougher, not as smooth. I thought that with some wear, the sheets would smooth out like the previous experiences, but didn't the same way, also not as cool and smooth, with this strange feeling like it retained some heat. I just couldn't get satisfied with the product. Ordered a replacement duvet cover from Hotelsheets and there definitely was a difference. Just from the start, I was able to feel the difference and feel the happiness it brings when I roll around in them. Relieved, Hotelsheets is reliable and I am extremely happy with its quality. All bedding needs to be 100% bamboo.

Fantastic! Best features are the ties inside at the corners to secure a comforter. You will want to get one that you can because these are so silky the duvet insert will slip to the bottom otherwise. The second awesome feature is stain resistant. My little dog tested that on my new white duvet. I almost died when I saw a little spot where he was dirty and licked, but I said a little prayer and tossed it in the washer and dryer and it came out perfect! White!!! I was over the moon because I hesitated on getting white but I just loved how clean it looks. I also got my children the navy and dark gray and they love them. Don’t have to worry because my white ones came clean. Had tow guests who immediately wanted the links for my bedding and bought them also. This duvet is cool, silky, stain resistant, gorgeous colors, zippered, and has the ties to secure an comforter. Perfect IMO. I have recommended and would buy again for sure. I may get another set in grey to change mine up simply because I love my white set so much. I bought all new linens done a new home and everyone comments when they see the beds. Feels like a luxury hotel!

I love these bamboo weddings. The duvet is silky and soft with substantial weight to it. I recommend this brand. They wash up silky soft. You deserve to have a luscious bed as much time as we spend in it. You won't be disappointed.

Update 11/14/20 I washed the original defective and the replacement. The original set (cover & pillowcases both) unraveled even more and produced such a huge amount of lint that my dryer was overflowing with it! The replacement cover washed fine, no lint, no tears or threads unraveling. However the fit is a bit off and my comforter slides down inside. Yes, I used the ties. Mostly a big disappointment along with the fact that I got, after somewhat pushing for it, a replacement of the duvet cover only roughly shoved into such a small envelope, without any other type of packaging or protection, that it split open in mail and the actual cover was exposed. Since I couldn’t wash it in hot water sanitizing this was an issue the way it was sent to me. Yes, the fabric feels and looks nice but still a very bad experience for me. Waiting to see how it holds up. Update: The material feels soft & I did get a partial replacement although I haven’t washed it yet. I received the duvet cover only (no pillowcases) and it was stuffed into a too small mailer poly envelope without any protection. The cover did not come in a plastic packaging or anything at all to keep it protected nor was it a bubble mailer and it had been squeezed in too tight. The mailer had split open in transit. There was also a mysterious coil of black thread which I thought was hair at first but thankfully turned out to be thread. Not sure why there was black thread. I didn’t even check stitching anymore because for me there is no point. Customer Service was ok although I felt I had to somewhat force the replacement so not great experience. Original review: I just received this today, took out of package and it’s shocking how many loose threads and whole sections of unraveled stitching there is. I contacted the seller and the first reply I got is not promising in that they suggested it is normal and that if tears or holes develop there is a 90 day warranty. If this is the condition of a brand new product I’m not excited to trust in a 90 day warranty. I sent these photos showing different sections and waiting for a reply. Hoping this is defective product and not the norm or I may be returning to Amazon. As of now I am ordering a few other brands to compare. So far this is 0/5 and I will not recommend this brand or product. And the worst is I didn’t even take photos of all the loose threads.

The material is smooth. But was rather disappointed as received 1 pillow case is torn & the other has black stain. The pillow cases are much bigger than normal pillow case size.

Love the softness and luxurious feel of these duvet covers. Great quality. Breathable and so comfortable to sleep under. Already ordered another set. We love these!!!! Only slight negative is that they wrinkle quite easily, but if you take them out of the dryer immediately and fold them it is minimal. Great product.

Omg I'm obsessed with this! Love love LOVE it! Vibrant colour, super soft, great quality with a zipper close instead of buttons. So excited to sleep in it every night! I can't wait to complete my whole bed set with it!
