I purchase this for a friend who was experiencing back pain. She has a slip disk in her back. I heard someone else stated that she used ginger oil and it helped her. My friend was given pills to help. She does not like taking pills(let alone a narcotic) She used the oil for about a week. On the 4th day she noticed that she was standing straight up. It shocked her. She used a combination of hot/cold packs with the oil. She is now back at work doing great.

it is very helpful to me every time i have pain

Bought this for the extreme swelling I have in my legs and feet. Applied it twice from my knees to my toes the first day and by the next morning the swelling was gone. Now the swelling did return the next day as I walked around and sat down but it was not near as severe. Been using it twice a day now for 4 days and my legs and feet are so much better, even sitting at my desk for 8 hours a day. Even added some to a foot bath for a relaxing soak after a long day at work. Nice light scent. Not terribly greasy. I have noticed I am sleeping better at night as well. The true test will be in the summer during hot days just how well it works but as of right now I am VERY pleased with this product and will continue to use.

3 of the bottles were leaking. I could not send them back because I could not get out to return them so I just kept them. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Due to the inclement weather and my age it was hard to get out .
