20" Ajustable Jaws Flex Clamp Mount Clip Gooseneck Extension for Gopro Cameras Studio Stand Lighting Accessories

I've been looking for something to help hold my embroidery hoop while I worked. Just something to help steady me really. This is perfect! The neck is VERY strong. I have a little trouble bending it but u usually just use the edge of my desk to help. The clamps themselves aren't quite as good. The metal of them is a bit thin and will bend under heavy weight but they do a good job of acrually clamping onto things. I liked it so much I bought a second one to hold a camera so I can start maming embroidery videos.

My husband loves this for holding papers next to his computer so he could type changes into the computer that he has made on a sermon.

Flex arm is thick and strong and can handle some weight. 4 stars instead of 5 because the rubber covers tend to slip off the clamps when moving the arm around, making the whole unit slide around and droop, requiring me to re-install the rubber covers

It's upside down. Can be used to mount a go pro or el gato light, but only if you're clamping it to a desk or another object. I clamped it to my desk, and attached my el gato proprietary screw mount to the other end and it works perfectly to aim the light from behind my 24 inch monitor to my face for video calls. Anything heavier than the El gato light would likely be too heavy for the gooseneck. The gooseneck isn't super strong, so seems like it might fall over time if moved or repositioned frequently. Not bad for the price.

I attached this to an old wooden stand I had that did not have a way to hold what I needed. I used this contraption to clip to the top, and now use it for holding my embroidery hoops when I stitch in my armchair. The neck is pretty stiff but that means it holds its shape well. The top clip is very strong and the bottom screw tight clip is a able to hold onto flat or round base parts. Highly recommend for stitchers!

This unit consists of two clamping ends connected to a stiff flexible shaft. The ends are heavy duty as is the shaft, but the weak links are the set screws at the end of each clamp that tightens down on the shaft to keep it together. The 'nut' on each screw is plastic so you can't use pliers without risking breakage, but without enough torque down, the clamps will come off the shaft when you try to adjust or position it. I found this unit very frustrating and returned it.

Absolutely terrible. The gooseneck is very stiff and doesn't hold a bend reliably, and the clamps are weak so anything you put in them slides right out making this effectively useless for me. Definitely not worth the money.

I bought this with the intent of suspending flowers and such half way into my resin projects, that's not going to happen! This thing is SUPER STRONG! It has an amazing tight strong grip that is very suited to what is is made for (photography light holder) or shop/garage use. Not for delicate items! Great size that allows for versatility in use.

not what I was after. Clamps either were too tight or too loose depending on what i wanted it to hold. The gooseneck was so stiff the clamps would fall off if I tried to bend it a bit more.

I found this device wasn't strong enough to do what I bought it for. I recently had shoulder replacement surgery. They suggested that I get a clamp like this to dry my hair as I couldn't use my right arm for 6 weeks. The clamp was supposed to hold the hairdryer while I used my left arm for the styling brush. I only used a small travel dryer but it kept bending out of place.

I use this to hang my scripts and hang my phone. Good strong contruction.
