The product itself is not very durable. I had the necklace 1 day and it broke taking off a sweatshirt. On the other hand this company refunded my money, offered to exchange and made the transition very easy! I gave them 3 stars but for outstanding customer service i give them a 5+!!!!!!!

The wife wanted a thick gold chain, so I went with this for the thickness. 10K at this size (20 in, 5.5 mm) was about the best price I could find. 14K is way too much at the moment. It's nicely polished and has decent weight to it. My wife loves it.

What we have here is a 5mm in thickness 10k yellow gold mine is 28in in length Hollow Cuban link chain. I give this five stars because this is exactly what is described for sale. People complaining about it's too light it's too thin obviously did not read the description of what they were purchasing disregard those type of buyer reviews

Bought in November. Got for Christmas from husband very light and thin. 3 mths of wearing, off and on and already broke. Clasp is broke. DO NOT BUY!!!UPDATE: Pori Jewelers reached out to me on how they can make this right. I explained the necklace is at my jewelers at my cost being repaired and to credit my acct some or part of it would be acceptable. SHOCKER....no response...heed my warning...do not buy from PORI jewelers

The chain broke and I lost the pendant that carried my grand mothers ashes!!!!!!!!! I’m so disappointed!!!!! First day it arrived!!!!!!!
