Can the firmness of the mattress be adjusted?

Yes, Serta’s NeverFlat pump lets you add or remove air to adjust the firmness to your desired comfort level.

Does the Serta air mattress come with a portable pump?

It does not include a separate portable pump, but the built-in pump is designed for quick and easy inflation and deflation with a standard power outlet.

How long does it take to inflate?

This Serta air mattress typically takes about 3 minutes to fully inflate using the built-in pump.

What happens if there is a small leak?

If a leak does occur and the air mattress begins to lose air, the silent NeverFlat pump automatically activates to restore and maintain your desired firmness.
