Very disappointed with the quality control from this company the product is good so have given 3 stars but for quality control regarding volume of product in capsules wouldn’t give any have paid for half the product requested🤨

Take this with Chromium and Q10 and it does a good job tapering hunger craziness

This was the first brand I bought of ashwagandha, the package didn't inspire much trust but definitely good stuff, mind lucidity but quiet, take better in the morning than for sleep (gives you a lot of lucidity, which is great cos you can remember more your dreams but that means your sleep won't be as deep)
