Has anyone used this on a foam topper? Does it change the way your topper feels?

I have a memory foam mattress and since I put this on it I havent soaked my sheets with sweat. Before, I was sweating profusely using just a sheet to cover up with. Now, all is good...and dry.

Does this also protect against dust mites and bedbugs?

I doubt it, as it is like a fitted sheet and doesn't close with a zipper.
