Gone in 60 seconds, is now a satisfying 12 minute meal.
I'm very pleased with this bowl, my puppy's old bowl allowed her to hoover her food in 60 seconds. This bowl it takes her about 12 minutes, it has tought her to be more patient, which I believe has assisted with her learning the wait command. It's easyish to clean if like me you clean up straight after your dogs eaten. I wouldn't recommend you leave wet food residue to go hard, that would require the bowl to soaked. It's is extremely durable I imagine it will last for many years. Quick tip: don't place next to wall or water bowl as my puppy has to walk around it to get at the food, as it is quite big for her. Its also mentally challenging which is good for cognitive development and can eliminate boredom. We are very pleased with bowl indeed.

Stop your dog wolfing its food.
We adopted a rescue lurcher that was very thin and had lacked food in her short life. She wolfed the food down, inhaling it rather than eating it. She finished well before our other rescued greyhounds and lurchers and then moved on to their dinners. The bowl has stopped this as it takes her longer to eat the food - so she finishes at the same time as the others. This has prevented the after-dinner coughing and the risk of bloat. A great product but choose the right size for your dog.

Good bowl for fast eaters
Bigger than I thought it would be, but that was a good thing. Slows my mad puppy down a bit, so 30 seconds (tops!) has turned into around three minutes. She took to it no bother and it gives her a wee challenge to get her tongue to the few remaining bits of food at the end. Better for her tummy and at least I know she isn't up to mischief for a few minutes each day!

Disappointing. Non slip pads not secure enough
Works well to slow down eating, but immediately after the first use, my 4 month old puppy chewed off two of the non slip pads underneath the bowl , eating one of them. She did not use it as a toy, but after she ate she turned the bowl over. Black pads had fallen out. It appears that the very hot weather had melted the glue holding them in.

GOOD BUT BE AWARE...
Whilst the product itself is good and my dog enjoyed using it, be very aware that the rubber feet that you put on the bottom of the bow yourself, are not an exact fit! The bowl moved around and one of the feet came out of the bottom of the bowl and my dog swallowed it! I only noticed it missing on picking the bowl up to wash. Some while later she sicked up all her food but there was no rubber foot to be seen, she then had diarrhea so we rang the vet who wanted her straight in to take an Xray. Nothing could be seen on the Xray & we have assumed it has hopefully passed through her. We are keeping an eye on her just in case. It turned out to be a very expensive Food Puzzle Bowl indeed!

Poor dog always had a problem eating too fast and ...
Works fairly well with elderly (15+) collie cross with choking/regurgitating partially digested food issues. Poor dog always had a problem eating too fast and in her old age has experienced a narrowing of the throat, her teeth also aren't as strong as they were and she struggles to chew sometimes, but her main problem is regurgitating food then choking due to her throat... its an unfortunate cycle, however, this bowl really did help a lot. Just make sure you dont overfill it, doesnt work too well then.

Nice and sturdy
The media could not be loaded. When I got this product I thought by looking at it, it would be too big. However when I mushed up my kittens food and put it in the bowl it fit perfectly. My kitten now eats slower than what she did when I just gave her the wet pouch in a normal cat bowl and this in turn has made her not be sick form eating too quickly. The raised bits of the bowl are made of the same bit of material as the rest therefore eliminating the risk of her pulling them off and possibly choking on them

Brittle plastic and potentially dangerous
We have bought a few of these over the last couple of years, but this is the first I have bought where plastic shards have literally broken off in use (albeit by an over-exuberant eater) and been swallowed. Really, really, dangerous and we are now watching the dog like a hawk for any potentially signs of discomfort. I don't know if it's just a bad batch, or this particular brand, but we have now thrown all of these away and will not be buying them again.
