Darco DCS Plantar Fasciitis Sleeve Small

I have lumbar disc herniation with radiculopathy in which pain radiated to toe. This sleeve helps me when I wear it for 7 to 8 hrs. Don't wear 24 hrs. It will hamper circulation.

My podiatrist recommended this as orthotics did not work for me. I use my to deal with foot pain and swelling from siaticaand nerve pain.

Works but it's not true to size. I am a 6 but a medium would be better. I had to cut the front for comfort. I will be buying more.

These are identical to the ones my dr charged me $50 a pair!! Well packaged and fast delivery. Would recommend these for anyone with foot pain but remember to seek medical help as it could be something more serious. In my case I was not wanting surgery so dr had me wear these for about 2 weeks. They seemed to work but then I had severe pain when not wearing these and ended up having surgery. I still use these for my other foot, which is not as bad yet, but Dr says these should work to correct the other one since it’s not as bad. Again, they CAN help correct certain foot issues but are not in place of medical. I bought several compression socks now for family members to protect them from the pain and surgery I had to have. Makes great gifts especially for moms and anyone on their feet all day.

These compression sleeves are quite a bit tighter than the one I purchased from the podiatrist's office. They look exactly like what I bought except are a different color. I think a medium might have worked better but the one I purchased first was also a small so these seem to run small.

It fits perfectly in my foot without giving too tight feeling. I don't know whether it's because of this sleeve of because I do exercise and stretching more regular now, but since I wear it every other day, I don't experience the cramps anymore.
