This is super comfortable. I'm 240 5'9" and got the large. It's not slipping at off at all and it's not cutting off circulation at all so it's a very comfortable fit. I'm not sure if it's really providing the compression at this size. I've been putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours and then putting it on and I immediately lost the freezer bag that it came with but I've been putting it in the packaging bag that it came with when I put it in the freezer and that seems to be okay. It stays cold for a nice long time and it's really relieved the pain I have been experiencing with a baker cyst on my knee. I've only been using this for a few days so I don't know how durable this is or if it will maintain its structure over time. But currently I'm very happy with it and hopefully it holds up until this Baker cyst goes away. Wish me luck with that. 😅

Great product. Fits perfectly. Not too tight. It does warm up fairly quickly. But it really helped the pain in my knee.FYI - The white writing will start pealing off. But doesn’t impact its functionality. I would definitely buy it again.

I bought the knee ice pack hoping it would work for icing my shins after a run. It is nice and stretchy and fits around my calves. It stays securely in place while I elevate my legs, and covers all of the important parts of my shins. If it helps, I’m about 5’ 8” and 175, with calves around normal size for someone my height and weight. I bet the pack would work in the calves of people with smaller and slightly larger calves as well.

Hands down the "coolest" ice sleeve. I use it on my elbow, for tendinitis and it is very comfortable and size list are accurate. I have no movement limitations while wearing and initial application is very cold. If I had any complaint is that it warms quickly, less than 20 min, which may not be a bad thing, but I would like it to last longer. Regardless, I liked it so much, that this is the 2nd one I've purchased.

Very good quality and definitely provides good icing. Feels good on my knee.Downside is that it doesn’t seem to stay ice cold for more than about 10 minutes.

This is an excellent product. It helped me with my knee pain. I use it every night. Takes a short time to get cold. Within 20 mins in the freezer and it’s ready to use. The material is soft and has a nice feel to it.

THIS WORKS! This sleeve slips on easily and provided instant relief for my knee. I was amazed at how well it worked. No melting ice, no shifting to get the cold therapy where it was needed. It was very comfortable to wear. The size was true. Price was reasonable. The flexibility of being able to walk around the house while still keeping cold therapy on my knee was wonderful. I highly recommend.
