Love this ham and I will not buy a different kind. It's not slimy or thin. Our kids love it too!

Great for Deli nigh Sandwiches
The flavor of this ham is fantastic. I used it to try the new craze of chop sandwich which is meat with selected condiments (onion, lettuce, pickle, mayo) are folded and chopped to a minced consistency and placed in a sub-roll. The meat held up in flavor - yes I used more than one package for this test but it was worth it. It was tasty. The meat was NOT salty as in some packaged ham, and the texture was great. This is also a great for making wraps or stuffing in pitas.
