Expensive for a reason… works great!
There are more expensive propolis products and companies out there than this, but this had a consistently high rating by its users and customers. It’s high for a reason. Solid and reliable results. Would buy again.

I used to buy the large 180-capsule bottle, but after it was discontinued, I tried another brand. It just didn’t work as well for me, and my feet became very dry, cracked, and started peeling. After I switched back to this product, my feet got so much better. I’m really glad I went back to

Less cankersore
My daughter gets canker sore very easily (multiple at a time when she's tired - lack of sleep etc.) My cousin told me that he used to have it alot until he started to take propolis when he was a teen. I researched alot and I found a spray most highly rated but it looked like it is for kids. I bought this for her and me and she definitely got a benefit from this!! Plus it's easy to swallow (small size). Perhaps I should get that spray too for the winter as it look like that it is for sore throat for winter coming up.

I read that propolis helps with the immune system So I decided to buy to help to keep my immune system strong. my husband And I take one pill per day and it seems to be helping! Anything to help to fight the COVID!

not bad for price but is it really worth twice the cost of regular proplis?
Not sure the difference between regular propolis and green propolis other than price. So far 2 weeks in and caught nothing so guess its working? Not sure. It leaves me a honey smell and taste in mouth after burbing. It does make me burp. Its hint of honey which is good.
