Three price ridiculously great and it worked great air conditioner working perfectly

I just installed this BoJack capacitor in my Goodman SSX140601AE. It got my condenser fan running again and cooling off our home. If you have the same model, I can confirm this one is compatible. I probably saved $500 to $1000 by ordering this and installing myself instead of calling HVAC company. It took me about 10 minutes to swap out.

Edit: I installed the capacitor and my Condenser Fan worked right away and the whole house started cooling. I really liked the fact that this capacitor has clear markings on the top for Common, Herm & Fan unlike my old capacitor; which made the installation a breeze. I will come back and post on the longevity of this capacitor. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Most AC systems decide to quit on a super hot day…in our case the AC was blowing hot air and making a weird humming noise whenever the fan tries to spin. I have seen this before and more number of times it’s the capacitor. The fastest place I could get it overnight was on Amazon…ordered it around 11 pm and had it on my foot steps the next day. The original one lasted 11 years and am hoping this one would last at least half that time…only time will tell. Specs wise 100% match with my older capacitor.

I ordered this capacitor as a backup for our outside AC unit. It’s a perfect match to the one installed by the manufacturer of our unit. It’s a very easy part to replace and will save me a service call of over $300 (higher at night or on the weekends) and no down time waiting on a technician. I call having a backup capacitor a very inexpensive insurance policy!

It works fine on my 3.5 ton heat pump .. it loses 1 star cause the wire terminal color code are different from my 2 previous ones .. However they all have stamped printed codes ..

Heard my 5-ton Carrier unit moaning and groaning at startup last week so I ordered this as a backup. It arrived the next day, with the correct specs. Slow start has stopped for now but it's only a matter of time. It'll be good to have it on hand when the OEM unit fails on a super hot day.
