Can I get a copy of the instructions of how to put this together. We moved and the movers had to take it apart n I don't have the instructions anymore

Christine, I have to ask my son if he still has the instructions. This was a gift for my granddaughter. I will get back to you.

Is the age recommendation wrong? It says 36m-3 years....

Probably because 36 months is 3 years old. I would say It is appropriate for 3-5 year olds.
