Simple But Requires Strength (and Willingness to Follow Instructions) to Assemble
Pros: - have now had for over a year and use it at least a little every week - holding up really well. Even left it outside in the elements during summer with no noticeable wear or change to it. - actually quiet (have been using for nearly 4 weeks now each and every day on my wood floors - and this is quieter than my treadmill) - cover around edges means no pinches - does not scratch my delicate wood floors - many other things do, but not this, which is a godsend - easy and lightweight to move - affordable compared to other gym equipment - actually gets used by me because it's fun! Sidenote: there are many free classes on YouTube, but if you're willing to try a $10 drop in class, dpacatl.com has these amazing high intensity hip hop classes that add in weights and abs and are honestly so fun and inspiring. I really recommend them! Cons: - was not easy to assemble in that it required all of my physical strength, but... it was straightforward if you followed the instructions, and you only have to assemble once. - cannot seem to find the tracey anderson rebounder content I wanted to buy this for... anyone know where to find that? - if you have hurt toes, rebounding may not feel great on them - do be careful and consider shoes or toe spacers.

Quality Item, Quite & Bouncy!
My friend talked me into this and im grateful! Having it in my living room gives everyone a chance to try it out, even curious visitors. Bouncing is good for the lymphatic system and excellent way to get my steps in quickly when I miss the gym. Easy to assemble. Didn't need my husband to procrastinat doing it, tool included so i did it myself. I did pop my hand twice, should have worn gardening or work gloves. Quite bounce, strong support. This isn't the outdated sping style. Seems durable. Plenty of Facebook groups and YouTube videos for rebounding, it's popular. Big dog jumps with my teenager. Needed 200lbs but went for this heavy duty suckered just in case. I personally would have been better with the octagon but this is geat.

Sturdy trampoline for working out. Hard to put together but you only have to do it once.

Handrail didn't fit but excellent Customer Service
I bought this rebounder because of the good reviews and a blogger suggested it. I was not sure how many stars to give them. Darchen’s customer service is excellent and the rebounder does seem to be a quality product (I will update later on the quality once I’ve used it a while). But I wouldn’t know anything about their customer service if there weren’t issues to begin with. I received it in 2 days which is nice but these are the issues I had. 1. Box not sturdy enough. It was pretty beat up with one corner ripped open. The 3 straps are what kept it all together. 2. Bungees are difficult to put on but by following the instructions (which I didn't do completely the first time) using the tool they provided with some muscle and a couple of broken fingernails I got them on. 3. Handlebar did not fit in the handrail supports. I have a balance problem so can’t use it without the handrail. And this is what the remainder of my review is about. I contacted customer service but I’m impatient so I ordered another thinking it was a fluke and I’d return the first. The second one came quickly but had the same issue with the handrail. By this time customer service had responded and said that I needed the new replacement handrails but they couldn’t send them to me directly because the order was already completed. They gave me link to the handrails saying I’d have to order them but they’d refund me the cost upfront I just needed to tell them how much because they couldn’t see the price. Seemed weird to me but I told them how much for 2. They said to only order one because one package came with 2 handrails but they refunded me for the price of 2 because of the inconvenience (sweet). In the meantime I returned the first tramp for a return no problem. I received the handrails within 2 days and they fit. Because I had returned the first tramp I had to assemble the second tramp. Then I encountered the next issue. 4. Not enough bungees. The first rebounder came with all 30 bungees but the second only had 15. I contacted customer service again and they sent me 30. That took a little bit longer for them to respond and for me to receive but it was 4th of July weekend. I got them yesterday and assembled it today and it appears to be good quality. All said and done it took 3 weeks exactly from the first order to final assembly today. Like I said excellent customer service but wished I didn’t have to find out the hard way.

Heck yes. This product is a deal, a steal, and a win. I love it, and I am a critic.
Heck yes. I almost feel guilty getting such a quality item at such a low price. It's really comfortable, has good resistance and spring back. I feel like the company cares about their product, and it feels like they designed it for me. I feel cared about. That's really hard to find these days too. I will recommend this product to anyone. I am really glad it's part of my life. I do wish their customer service was a little easier to get a hold of, because there was a small issue with the threads being messed up on one of the legs, and I found it out during assembly, but eventually I figured out a solution. Based on the other reviews, I think you will agree that the prob was a one-off. It probably just got missed during quality control. But they were willing to send me an entirely new trampoline even though it was just one leg. That was shocking and impressive. You just don't see that kind of customer care anywhere anymore. That's old fashioned awesomeness. I'm a big girl, and this thing is durable. I feel very safe on it. I like how the fabric ruffle covers the springs. That's a cool design. Quite an upgrade from what we were seeing back in the '80s. The size is good. I am really glad that I went with one that's a couple of inches larger. This is not a foldable version, but if the same company produced a foldable version, I think I would give it a shot for travel. I'm really impressed.

It's a no from me
This was my second rebounder. My first just had fabric loops that extended out to the poles and ripped after some time, so I had higher hopes for this one with the bungees. I absolutely love a trampoline and will use it most days, but it just didn't hold up at all. The mat ripped at the seam of one of the connectors within a few months of purchasing. I mended it and tried to keep using for as long as I could, but it has since continued to rip and after a few mendings, it's not usuable. The frame has held sturdy though, I wish they had replacement mats available. I don't know exactly how much weight I'm putting on it, but it's at least less than even half the weight limit.

Freakin AWESOME!!!!! Read On....
So, I am a 64 yo F 5'6" 128lbs. Moderate to Vigorously active. Now, that being said, my L knee makes a little noise when I go up stairs, I am a retired nurse of 40+ yrs, I'm telling u this bc " no surgery" for me, I've seen so many mistakes from surgeons. Which leads me to why I put some serious thought into rebounding. The more I researched abt all of the bennies, not just low impact for ur joints, my back is pretty wrecked as well from lifting patients all these yrs and keeping extremely active, lifting weights as well, anyway the lymphatic system benefits as well. So you don't need to rebound for more than 10-15 mins at a time. Well, I received this product researching quality and cost, also reading what many reviews have mentioned here, citing the difficulty of putting it together. I read one review stating that she was 64 also and it was a bit difficult but doable more or less, which did inspire me. I do have long nails and didn't break any, lol, so yes, u can do it, I had to put my knee on the round bar to hold in place whilst using the tool that is similar to a rectangle to leverage/slide the bungy onto the curved anchor. I should have shot video, but I didn't. So follow the directions, they say to start opposite ends, for me it was counting and splitting the diff, just how my mind works, it was more exact for me and it worked great. I did attempt it the other way, there is a vid on YouTube for this particular brand. Now, this thing is so fun! I got on as soon as I finished putting together, then I found rebound vids on YouTube as well and I have been doing it ever since. Don't give up. As I said, I'm very active and even with that it still effected muscle groups I thought I had covered already lol, so improve ur physical and mental health with this, u won't regret it!!! The body is amazing treat it well and it will serve you well 👍😄🤙❤️

Really good for the price.
If you've researched these little trampolines you probably came across ones advertised as "the best" for like $400+. Do yourself a favor and just buy this one. It's got great bounce and I really can not see what the benefit of paying hundreds of dollars more would be. The one thing that sucks about it is putting it together. You will use your entire lexicon of curse words and you fight with the little wire thing and the bungees to get them attached. The least they could have done was pad the one end of the wire thing so you don't tear your hands up. In hindsight, I should have worn gloves or something. If you have a fitness tracker, put that on before you start the assembly as it absolutely would count as a workout in and of itself. Once this sucker is finally put together though, you'll have endless amounts of fun bouncing around on it.
