iSpring GA1-AW Heavy Duty Contemporary Style High Spout Kitchen Bar Sink Non-Air Gap Drinking Water Faucet in Antique Wine - 1/4"

I purchased this to replace the unit that originally came with an under-sink reverse osmosis system. The old one had developed a leak in the connection. This unit has a superior connection method that doesn't leak, delivers more water, and is easy to install. I have had it in place for several months, and it works great, so it is durable. I believe this to be a very good unit for the price.

Was impressed with the faucet when we first received it. It felt solid, looked good, and was a good match for our regular faucet, it almost looked like a matched set. Installation was easy and the faucet has functioned well since we bought it. We are in Socal and the water quality is not the best so there have been mineral deposits that have formed. We try to stay on top of removing the build up but it is a losing battle. I reached out to customer support to ask if they had instructions on how to take off the handle so I could clean off the mineral deposits. I was disappointed when they told me that it was a one piece unit and that the handle could not be removed. I was then amazed when they said they would replace the unit, even though we had it for 5 years. Talk about awesome customer service! I have installed a similar set up at my mother's place and we both are very happy with the items. Great quality, great looks and great customer service!

I bought this extra faucet for a second room as a refurbished item, but it was missing a washer. Rather than return it, I contacted the manufacturer and based on my order number and description of the missing part, they sent me a new piece and now the faucet works perfectly. I really like how this looks, and the entire iSpring water filter system in general. I even bought a second system for my girlfriend's house.

Warehouse sales price plus a further discount made this purchase worthwhile, especially when I wanted a spout that would rotate 360-degrees instead of the existing fixed in place neck. A ceramic disk for the valving will help avoid problems with my hard water leftovers as I only filter with a 5 year life cartridge for this faucet spout (and use that prefiltered water in a steam distiller to produce pure water). Used the adapter cover for larger holes and installation was straight forwarded but two persons help out with positioning in place as the other tightens the holding nut under the sink. In my case I used masking tape in place of a second person to hold alignment and when that wasn't enough, I used a wood clamp and more masking tape to keep the wood clamp in place while I tightened the water connecting nut which could cause the entire assembly to move and mess up your faucet handle alignment. I didn't bother installing the parts for the water connection because the old spout had the same setup for connecting except the inserts were brass and probably make for a more secure connection. The spout does rotate 360 degrees and I don't suffer a after drip problem some have mentioned. Action on the handle lever is nice. I found the spout neck to be a little sloppy in its seat and can be wiggled around but other than that I see no problems. Might mention the water line that feeds the house has a typical water pressure reducing valve on it (Zurn-Wilkins) set at 50psi versus the 120psi street pressure feeding it (120psi great for fire hydrants but tough on toilet, sink, shower and washing machine valves). I have an antique brass main sink faucet with side spray but a matching filtered faucet was expensive even with discounts since the brushed nickel seems to blend right in and was around $15, suits me fine.

I am so impressed with this faucet. My old RO faucet was so hard to reach for me, it was way back in the corner of my sink and the faucet head was only a couple of inches beyond the edge of sink. Filling anything was difficult if there were any dishes in the sink, and the height was not always adequate. This iSpring GA1-B model is such a difference! It is much taller and the spout sticks out far enough that I am able to reach it to fill things very easily. It is a lot heavier and sturdier than the chincy old one too and it is a good value for the money! I unfortunally got the wrong finish on the first one I received, it was not the sellers fault as it was a Brushed Nickel one that got put into a Chrome Finish box. Not certain that this wouldn't happen again I called iSpring directly. What a pleasant surprise to have a LIVE person answer the phone! It was Nick and not only was he friendly, patient and courteous, he was so helpful! Without a second thought he was getting a replacement ready to ship to me in the correct finish. Talk about EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! And what a rare treat to have personal interaction with a human being! I am so impressed with iSpring and Nicks help that I am considering replacing my under the sink RO unit. I am certain Nick will help me out when I am ready to purchase! Thanks Nick!

I’ve installed multiple iSpring RO systems over the years, so I know the brand well. The new sprout‑style faucet head is much more solid and simpler to install on the sink than the older designs—another sign that the company is still innovating. At $33.99 purchased 4/23/2026 for a replacement, it’s hard to say if this is an amazing deal, but it feels fair for a premium, lead‑free RO faucet part, especially since my existing system is now about 11 years old. Overall I’m happy with it and would recommend this iSpring GA1‑BN faucet to anyone with an iSpring RO system looking for a reliable replacement.

Using this with a pre-existing Franke (ceramic filter) water filtration system. My installation went very quickly and the instruction set provided was complete, easy to understand and thorough. I like that the company provided two quick-connect adapters, for 1/4-in and 8/3-in plumbing. I didn't need the 3/8-in but I could see that heading off a potential frustration. The style is very nice and a huge upgrade over our old "Franke" faucet. Couple of drawbacks: - As iGanja points out in his review, the valve lets air into the system making the water cloudy for a few minutes. It was tough explaining this to the wife, who thought I had screwed something up. Guests also give you a side-ways eye when you hand them a milky glass of water. The air goes away quickly but it's still a bummer. The Franke faucet did not have that problem. - The goose neck is kind of loose even after tight installation. It wiggles a bit as you turn it. Feels a bit flimsy. For those two reasons I took off a star. Of course, I'd prefer if it was made anywhere other than China. EDIT UPDATE : Since my first review I've installed a second one of these. The second one had no air in the valve issues and the water runs clear. The first faucet actually cleared up after about a month so no more cloudy water. Works great, so adding a 5th star!

I love this faucet for our reverse osmosis. I have switched everything to black instead of the usual chrome and this faucet dresses up the kitchen. It is attractive, the handle operates so smoothly, and I get a good flow of water. The osmosis I have is also iSpring and the company is great to deal with, the product is durable, great value for what we got, easy to install and the instructions were right on.

Me cambiaron el abasto de agua en el municipio y el agua empezó a llegarme muy salobre, de tal manera que el filtro que tenía (era un coreano que no recuerdo la marca, bueno) ya no le quitaba los sólidos disueltos y sales de manera efectiva (lo mido con unos aparatos de pH y conductividad que compré aquí en Amazon). Así que instalé un filtro de ósmosis inversa debajo de mi tarja de cocina. Ese filtro traía por el precio una llave horrorosa de dos pesos, a mi esposa (ni a mi) no nos gustó. Así que busqué otra opción y ésta tiene buena calidad y relación costo/beneficio. Es igual, se instala en la cocina y por ella ahora me surto del agua potable del filtro de ósmosis. El acabado es opaco, bruñido, el diseño es funcional y muy práctico.

I've got my iSpring reverse osmosis system 6.5 years ago and so far very happy with it. Same time, my kids made a toy out of the old faucet every time they've been washing their hands in the kitchen - so for a good while it is leaking. The day has come to buy a replacement one and to my surprise it's not the same, but better! 1. It's a bit taller but in fairness the faucet tip is at the same level, so no difference in sense of practicality. 2. It is thicker, feels more robust by all means, including turning 360 degrees, opening and closing the water flow (very smooth) and also, the faucet itself sits very well inside it's wider base, so that it does not seem to bend even after quite strong, controlled pressure. It means there is a good rubber seal there and the faucet sits deeper inside. This is good as you don't want to accidentally bump some dish into it and make it leak. In fairness, time will show, as my kids will be the best (or worst?) haha quality testers. I will keep the review updated on that. 3. I went for the chrome one and despite not a priority for me, but it looks great and really premium. 4. Connectivity is super easy and so are the instructions. So even if you never did it before, don't worry, with a bit of time but you can manage it. Despite not being very cheap, once you get the product and start using it, you quickly conclude that it is definitely great value for your money. I can definitely recommend it. Hope this helps a bit.
