My son started percussion this year in 4th grade and this is perfect for him. It's an excellent value over renting. The stand adjusts to his height and holds the bells nice and tight. The bells themselves have a nice crisp sound and the drum pad is a nice bonus. Our only minor complaint is that the included mallets were pretty flimsy and broke quickly.

Good quality easy use sounds great fun to play with

We got this set for my kid who was going into her first year in band. Good price, no issues, and was delivered quickly. The only thing is the music stand is a little tricky to set up, but the playability of the instruments themselves is perfect.

This is a good beginner bell kit for kids. Sadly, the mallets break easily. One week of class and we had to go buy new mallets. (Could just be my son was excited to hit something) During second term of school the bag rips from the bells and stand rubbing on the fabric. We had to replace the bag. It’s been a good kit so far. Sounds better than the rentals. During band bell concerts you can really hear your child’s bells. It has a good round tone to them.

Great price for all that the set comes with. This is a quality product that gets lots of us. It was affordable and more economical than renting the instrument.

Works very well. Everything was in was there. Easy to set up. Fun to play and durability was good. The size was perfect.

I purchased this set for my 5th grade son who's starting band for the first time. This set was cheaper to purchase and own than to rent at a music store for the school year. So we decided to go with this option. It's not worth the $. The stand isn't stable. You have to twist the bells onto the stand instead of just placing in onto the stand. Other stands have a secure fit around it so it stays in place. So because of this type of stand that it comes with, it makes it a little wobbly and not sturdy. The sheet music stand that attaches to the bells doesn't fit well at all and I don't know how it even holds sheet music. One of the mallets that came with it broke already. We had to buy our own from a music store. My son's band teacher even told him not to use those because of how cheap they are. It doesn't have enough keys on it for what his band book requires so before you buy any percussion kit, make sure you check with your child's band teacher to see if you need 30 keys or 32 keys. I don't think this set would even survive a whole school year. Spend a little extra to get a better set. We ended up getting a better one at a music store. I am returning this one. Not worth the $ at all!

Exactly what we needed. Feels like good quality. Good value for the price with all the accessories included. Sounds great. Happy with it.

I like everything about it.

Kid just started percussion? This is everything you need except the book that your teacher wants all in one package. Gets used daily is the proper instrument so it is the correct volume (you knew what you were getting into when your kid said drums). Even has the notes on the glockenspiel for beginners. Very happy with this purchase.

Good glockenspiel and perfect addition to my drum set for playing certain Rush songs. Looks good, sounds good, notes are plainly marked. Mallets are a little flimsy.

Cheap product. The support broke after 3 times of use . The seller can’t provide replacement parts.

Ah ha! I figured out the music stand. There are four prongs on the lower part of the stand. The two short prongs are turned down to fit into the slots in the actual glockenspiel. The width of the stand must be adjusted so the prongs fit perpendicular. The two longer bent angular prongs are turned up to hold the music book. The picture lies, it has all the prongs facing down so it can't hold a book. The glock itself has a very nice sound. The mallets are not good quality. Buy better ones.
