We lost a bear. Is there a way to order replacement bears without having to buy an entirely new complete game?

Take a photo of the bear you have and print it. Put packing tape over it. Use a binder clip (with silver parts removed) to make it stand up.

Is is lead and phthalates free?

All our toys pass rigorous independent safety tests before we release them into the market. All our products are non-toxic, phthalate-compliant, lead-compliant, BPA compliant, proposition 65 compliant, no mercury and comply with U. S. safety laws. Feel free to reach out to our Educational Insights site under the “contact us” page with any other questions you may have.

We got three pandas and only one brown bear. How can we get the male brown bear?

So did we! Three pandas and a bear

We lost the parent guide. What do all the pictures mean on the spinner (like the clothes and rain loud, etc)?

The space with the shirts hanging to dry = Skip A Turn. The space with the blue door = Open any door and collect the bear. The space with the rain cloud = Put one bear back in the house and skip a turn
