What is the email I send to? The 2 short connecting cords kink and I need longer ones asap.

please find your order number and choose contact the seller , we will send long hose antique brass widespread bathroom sink faucet

I have been told to send an email and picture regarding a replacement faucet. where can i find the email to xiufang peng?

Hello there and thanks for the question, you might have to file a claim and they should send you the information, other than that I do not know what else to do

is there any manual available how to take a part the handle to replace the washer? the cold has been leaking not even a year hold

For Cold Water handle (Right), I used a rubber band placed on the top cap to help grip it. It loosens counter clockwise.

Anyone have an email for gg study? they sent us faucets that both turn the same direction, need replacement and there's no contact info.

They should turn the same way. Turn to the left it opens turn to the right it closes.
