says it can fit 140mm fans has can anyone confirm or is it just able to hole 120mm fans?

I can confirm it will hold 2 140mm fans up top, and 3 at the front.

Do you have to buy led fans, or is it just a ring thats built in supplying the light? and if so, is that included?

The case has mounting points for fans, you can buy fans with lights or without lights. I added 3 fans with lights to the case which cost me about $24. As I remember, the case includes NO fans
