Bike Sprocket Tool with Cassette Pliers 11-26 Teeth

These were bought to replace old chain whips that had broken on a very stubborn cassette. Like all BBB tools they are well made, of good quality and offer great value. Ideal for the amateur mechanic. They did the job without any apparent damage to the teeth and the grips prevent scrapping knuckles using the traditional chain whips which can easily slip.

A first world problem fixed! I've always been really apprehensive about removing a cassette from my bike. Chain whips to me are an enigma, and designed to ensure I slip and remove knuckles. But not with this beauty It can only fit on one way, and I just removed a 10-51t cassette that had been on my ebike for 4000 miles at the first attempt. No blood, sweat or tears, and not even any swearing! Love it!

Makes gripping cogs much less painful and simpler for fitting or removing cassette or freewheel, more of a solid leverage than chain wrench, worth the extra cost, solid construction.

Very good grants you a lot of leverage, works very well much better that the usual type. Of course there are bigger and better tools but they cost hundreds so this is well worth it

Didn't know I needed this in my life...now I do.

I have been struggling to remove a lock ring with a chain whip so bought this to hopefully solve the problem. Combined with a BBB LockOut Cassette Lock-Ring Removal, Sprocket Tool for Road and Mountain Bikes, I managed to finally get the lock ring off due to the amount of leverage and better grip compared to the chain whip. Excellent tools at a reasonable price.

i struggled with a rusted cassette to the point my chain whip bent and broke, it hasn't been touched for years. three hours of struggling and no success, with this tool i loosened it in 10 seconds easy. i highly suggest using these pliers, the handle makes sure you have a good grip on the cassette. ich habe mich stundenlang geplagt eine festgerostete kasette zu lösen, die kettenpeitsche hat sich verbogen soviel kraft wurde erfolglos aufgewendet mit dieser zange hatte ich den besten halt den man haben kann und konnte die kasette in nicht mal 10 sekunden lösen sehr empfehlenswert, man spart sich viel schmerz damit
