Does this include the leaves as well as the flowers?

Our Dried Organic Violet Flower Sprinkles only include the flower petals and flower buds, no leaves are collected from the Viola Odorata plants (there might be the occasional leaf or stem in your pack though).

Approximately what is the volume of one package? I know they are sold by weight, but not sure how to convert that for my recipe.

I've been using these and it's less than a cup in each bag. It takes 1 & 1/2 bags to make a full cup. Not sure about the weight.

The violets are carefully sun-dried and retain their color, the smell of the dried violets is rather earthy and only slightly floral though -> I'd say not fragrant.
