No. My 14oz. can did NOT come with a straw.

Can I spray this on a cloth and wipe onto part to be lubricated from that, or will it dry on the cloth before I have a chance to do so?

it does not dry like an alcohol product. you should have no problem spraying it on a cloth and using almost right away (go answer the phone, use the restroom). if you leave the cloth until tomorrow - not so much.

Does this product darken leather like other products?

I have used the DuPont Teflon Silicone Spray only on my Sherpa snowshoes. I believe that my constant use of this excellent product, over several years, has somewhat darkened the fabric.

Is this good for a treadmill

I use it on every moving part as a lubricant and preservative but not under the belt.
