this hay is incredible. it comes well packed in a box box and tied up so it’s all contained. i spend a lot on hay for my pigs as i have four and this is such a cost effective way and my pigs love it so much. it smells incredible, im assuming it tastes good! i do love how you can tell its good quality and theres some super long bits and shorter bits. my guys love it and will stick to getting this hay from now on. i have two cages and tend to go though 7kg of hay every two weeks. it’s been a month and only used about 10cm worth of hay as it’s super super compacted!

Fabulous! I have tried various other packs of hay but my rabbit refused to eat any of them so I thought I may as well try a full bale and just use it as bedding. I opened the box it came in and it smelt so fresh and sweet, my rabbit absolutely loves it, I am so pleased to have found hay which he loves eating, at last 👍

This is nice Meadow hay, the product smells nice and is of a good texture. My bunnies seem to enjoy it so that's the main thing. Been having this for a little while now, the seller is good, no problems and the hay turns up quickly. I would definitely recommend.

After ordering this several times over the last couple of years I’ve found it to be consistently good , buying sometimes two bales a month ,until the last few I had that had seemed to be damp through the bale and dusty , the first time it happened no questions asked it was replaced , unfortunately a few months later another bad bale arrived and my rabbits flatly refused to eat it I persevered for a while but getting further through the Bale the worse it got , there was no green hay just limp fousty smelling, dusty damp hay as seen in pic , I got in touch with them again and explained that I had to buy another bale from a company that delivers next day as my bunnies were miserable with no hay , the bale from the other company was amazing it was crisp and smelt lovely my rabbits dived straight in , i therefore politely requested a refund on the bad bale…. , I could not have been more disgusted by the response which was “you can’t have a refund simply because it didn’t look like the previous bales as no two bales are the same”! , I replied I’m fully aware of this but I expect it to be edible at least and not damp & dusty either and they weren’t touching it ! I was spoken to with complete dis regard and I felt my long customer relationship with this company meant absolutely nothing . I was very upset about this and because of this I sadly won’t be using this company again

So much hay!! For 6 guinea-pigs to feed this hay will probably last me between one to two months because there is so much of it! It’s all compressed making it easier to store than loose hay is because I can just leave it in the box it arrived in. For only paying £19 for the bale the quality and quantity of the hay is very impressive especially for meadow hay, it’s a mixture of green and yellow coloured strands which my Guinea-pigs tend to prefer because of the variety of textures and flavours, it’s dust free, smells incredible and looks very fresh. Overall I am very impressed with this hay despite the mixed reviews it had, for the price you pay it’s definitely worth it. (especially for meadow hay!!)

I usually buy bales of hay from the farm shop but even when placing this inside a duvet cover to transport my car ends up covered. Having runout of hay and not willing to pay the inflated prices for a small bag of hay from the pet shop I gambled on this amazon purchase. Yes it cost double a bale from the farm shop (£19 rather than £9.50) but it was significantly cheaper than buying the the same volume from a pet shop and it was so convenient being delivered to my door in a large box. Volume wise the bale fits nicely in a household wheelie bin so will last my 3 rabbits around 4 -5 weeks. The hay is lovely and green and smells fresh. I will definitely be buying this again and saving myself a drive to the shops and half an hour hoovering my car!

This has lasted me ages so far and I have some greedy Guinea pigs so they tend to munch a lot of this hay. They are quite fussy with their hay choice and some I’ve bought in the past doesn’t get eaten, they just pull it out of the hay rack and use it to sleep on. But this hay, they absolutely love and none of it is left on the floor. The amount you get in a bale is brilliant and I’m not even a third of the way through it after buying it weeks ago. It’s packed so tightly that even when you pull big clumps out, it’s like I haven’t even touched any of the bale. Great value and quick delivery. Will be making regular purchases as it’s saved me so much money from buying smaller bales from large animal stores. I also love the fact that it’s coming from a farm as I prefer to help out small businesses and farms when ever I can.
